Success Launch is a structured virtual internship program that connects ambitious students (aged 13–18) with international companies and experienced executives. If you're serious about university applications and want something concrete to show, this is for you.
-
You're not paying for an internship, you're paying for a system. A right company match, a founder-level mentor, a structured program, and hands-on support throughout. Most free internships leave you doing tasks that go nowhere. This one doesn't.
-
No. Most free internships are free because the company benefits from your labor. The learning is a side effect, not the design. Success Launch is built the other way around as the project, the mentor, and the timeline are all structured around your development, not the company's to-do list.
-
No. We look for curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset not grades or a CV. If you're motivated and coachable, you're exactly who we're looking for.
-
Selective, but not intimidating. We're not looking for the most decorated student. We're looking for the most motivated one. Each cohort accepts around 20–40 students from a few hundred applications, so spots are limited.
-
No. The program is designed to flex around school. Most students commit around 5–10 hours per week, which can be spread across evenings and weekends.
-
After your interview, you tell us your focus area and project preferences. We match you with the right company that fits and you review the profile before paying the balance. Not happy with the match? We'll find you a better one. We never lock you in blindly.
-
Founders and executives from real companies, people with backgrounds at organizations like Google, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Boston Consulting Group, and degrees from institutions like Brown, NYU, and Babson. Not interns. Not assistants. Decision-makers.
-
Real ones. Past examples include designing a marketing campaign for a media company, conducting market research on industry trends, analyzing customer data to improve a product, and building a business plan for a new service.
-
A finished project you presented to a real company, a portfolio piece, a certificate, mentor relationship, a recommendation letter potential, and a strong personal statement for your university essays and interviews.
-
The 4-week Executive Internship is $1,499.50. The 8-week Executive Elite Internship is $2,499.50. Payment is split, a deposit $ 200 secures your spot, with the balance due after your company match is approved.
