Our Story
The story of Success Launch began with a mission to bridge the gap between local ambition and global opportunity. Founded by Sayar Thaw Zin Aung Gyi, a Myanmar-born entrepreneur and education leader, the company was born out of a direct need he identified while guiding students through the elite university admissions process.
Despite his academic success, graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University and earning a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, Sayar Thaw Zin realized that many talented students, particularly in Myanmar, faced a significant "glass ceiling." While they possessed the intellect for top-tier schools, they often lacked the high-level professional internships and extracurricular career opportunities necessary to compete on a global stage.
Since 2022, Sayar Thaw Zin has grown Success Education Ventures into a thriving group of companies with over 50 staff members, helping more than 600 students secure admissions to institutions like MIT, Stanford, and Cambridge, and collectively earning nearly $100 million in scholarships.
However, his personal experience counseling students revealed a persistent hurdle: the struggle to find meaningful, real-world experience to add to university applications. Success Launch was created to be that solution. It serves as a premium bridge, connecting ambitious high schoolers with founders and senior executives across international industries like AI, Finance, and Healthcare.
Under his leadership, Success Launch provides the framework for students to not just apply to universities, but to enter them with the professional polish, founder-level mentorship, and real-world impact needed to excel in their future careers.
